My name is Collin Meissner, and I was born in Sacramento California. I love to build just about anything, but especially robots, rockets, and cars. I am a senior  Mechanical Engineering student at Johns Hopkins University and the captain of the JHU Baja SAE team. I get to spend every waking moment outside of class with an awesome group of people building a race car from the ground up.  When I graduate in May 2020, I'd like to leave the team with a top-ten finish, a well-prepared new captain, some better tools and performance software, and more funding through additional team sponsors. And then I'd like to spend the rest of my life working on more projects that I love.
